Longonot Education Initiative

The new school building at Longonot is going up rapidly and is scheduled to be finished in two weeks! See the picture below.

LEI has accumulated two blogs—one here and one on our website www.longonoteducation.org. Instead of managing two different spaces, we are consolidating everything into the blog on our website (perhaps you’ve noticed we haven’t posted much here lately…). Since Thursday evening, we have received donations and encouragement from all over the world—from every continent, 47 countries, all 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia, and even the USS Mount Whitney.  Our cause has traveled the globe with the help of the online community!
